NOVA STRIKER Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2, 2026
NOVA STRIKER (the "App") is provided by Join Circle LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains how information is handled in the App.
1. Information We Collect
Information stored only on your device
The App does not require an account, and we do not directly collect personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number. Settings, achievements, and the on-device ranking are stored only on your device.
Information sent for the global ranking
The App has a global ranking feature. When a game ends, the following is sent to our server:
- Player name (a name of your choosing, entered in the Settings screen)
- Player ID (a random identifier generated on your device; it is not linked to your real identity)
- Score, difficulty, and clear status
- Language setting and platform (iOS / Android)
Your player name and score are shown publicly to other users on the global ranking screen. Please do not use your real name, contact details, or anything else you would not want made public. You can change your player name at any time in the Settings screen.
We do not collect location, contacts, photos, or files on your device.
Abuse prevention
To prevent fraudulent score submissions, the App uses Google Firebase App Check. This verifies that requests come from a genuine copy of the App and does not identify you personally.
Usage analytics
To improve the service, the App uses Google Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data. This relates to app interactions, such as starting and finishing plays, selected difficulty, stages reached, achievements unlocked, ad views, ranking screen views, and sharing results.
We do not send player names, scores, or any personally identifiable information to analytics. The data is used solely for statistical analysis and is never sold to third parties.
Information collected by third parties for advertising
The App uses Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect advertising identifiers (IDFA / AAID), IP address, and device information for ad delivery and fraud prevention. See:
- Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
- How Google uses ads data: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
2. Ads and Consent
- The App shows two kinds of ads: a banner ad on the title screen, and rewarded ads that you choose to watch for the revive feature after game over. No ads are shown during gameplay, and there are no forced full-screen ads.
- In the EEA/UK and other applicable regions, Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) lets you choose whether to consent to personalized ads. You can change your choice at any time in the App.
- On iOS, the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt is shown. Choosing "Ask App Not to Track" does not limit any App features; ads will simply be non-personalized.
3. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at any specific age group and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
4. Data Storage and Deletion
Data on your device
Settings, achievements, and the on-device ranking are stored only on your device. Deleting the App deletes all of this data.
Global ranking data
Records submitted to the global ranking are stored on our server. The ranking keeps only the top 300 entries, so a record that falls below that threshold is deleted automatically.
If you would like your own record deleted, please contact us at the address below and include the "ID" shown in the App's Settings screen. We will verify and delete it. The ID is required because more than one player may be using the same player name.
Records that remain in the top rankings are stored without a time limit.
This "ID" is lost when you delete the App. If you may want to request deletion later, please make a note of it before deleting the App. The ID is a random value generated on your device and is not linked to any device identifier or to information that identifies you.
Analytics data
Usage analytics data is retained for up to 14 months and is then deleted automatically.
5. Where Data Is Stored and International Transfers
Global ranking data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers in the United States. Information sent from any country, including your own, is transferred to the United States.
We also use Google Firebase Analytics and AdMob, so information is additionally handled on servers in the countries and regions those services designate.
- AWS data privacy: https://aws.amazon.com/compliance/data-privacy-faq/
- Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
6. For Users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the UK
The following applies under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

7. For Residents of California, USA
The following applies under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA).
We do not sell personal information. However, we share advertising identifiers with Google for advertising purposes, which may constitute "sharing" under that law.
To opt out of this sharing, use one of the following:
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and disallow tracking (choosing "Ask App Not to Track" in the prompt shown when you first launch the App has the same effect)
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads, and delete your advertising ID
You also have the right to request disclosure and deletion of your information, and the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights.
